Bracketry

From a technical standpoint bracketry serves as an intermediary component, attaching to a Mounting Structure while also providing an interface for attaching Equipment. It might be a mounting bracket necessary for installing a piece of equipment, a stand-off bracket providing an extra attachment on a tower, or a headframe that mounts atop a mast offering multiple additional attachments.

Brackets generally don't directly attach to the ground or roof, you'll find those kinds of hardware in other sections of the catalogue.
