Field Technical Services

Not every job starts with a blank page. Sometimes you've already got a network and you need someone qualified to maintain it, troubleshoot it, or roll new equipment out across dozens of sites. That's where our field team comes in.

We're hands-on telecommunications technicians with experience across licensed microwave, E-band, sub-6 GHz, 900 MHz ISM, and 4G and 5G cellular systems. If you need capable people on site who understand wireless infrastructure, we're available.

What We Do

Rollouts

You've got equipment that needs to go in across multiple sites, sometimes nationally. We handle the deployment and commissioning so each site is installed to the same standard, documented, and handed over clean.

Fault-finding and troubleshooting

Something's not performing and you're not sure why. We diagnose issues on existing wireless networks, whether it's signal degradation, interference, hardware faults, or configuration problems.

Maintenance and health checks

Scheduled visits to inspect, test, and verify that your wireless systems are still performing to spec. Catch problems before they become outages.

Emergency rectification

When a system goes down and needs to be back up as soon as possible, we mobilise. We understand that downtime has real cost and we treat urgent work accordingly.

Field surveys and site studies

Before committing to a design or installation, we attend site to assess conditions, verify assumptions from desktop studies, and confirm that the proposed approach will work in practice.

Commissioning and optimisation

Once equipment is installed, we commission the system end to end and optimise performance. This includes testing, documentation, and sign-off.

Where We Work

Anywhere in Australia and across the Pacific. We fly, drive, and helicopter to wherever the job takes us. Our team works across mine sites, government and sensitive facilities, commercial buildings, remote rural properties, and everything in between. If you can get us coordinates, we'll get ourselves there.

Accreditations & Safety

Our team carries the accreditations needed to work on controlled and high-risk sites. All field work is managed under our Environmental Health and Safety system, which governs how our technicians conduct themselves on site and how we engage with the community, the environment, and First Nations People.
