Fault-finding and troubleshooting
When a system isn’t performing correctly, we investigate signal degradation, interference, configuration issues, cabling problems and equipment faults to identify the cause and recommend the appropriate repair.
Maintenance and system checks
We inspect, test and verify existing communications systems to confirm they are operating correctly and identify developing issues before they result in service disruptions.
Urgent rectification
When a critical system fails, we can provide responsive fault-finding and support to help restore service as quickly as practical. Urgent work can be assessed and prioritised according to operational requirements.
Installation Consultations & Site Assessments
Unsure what equipment you need or how to approach your installation? We offer consultations to review your requirements, assess existing infrastructure and recommend suitable solutions. Where needed, an on-site survey allows us to check signal, coverage and installation conditions before work begins.
Commissioning and optimisation
Once equipment has been installed, we test and commission the complete system, optimise its performance and provide the required documentation and project sign-off.
Where We Work
Cert Comms provides field installation services wherever the project takes us. We travel throughout Australia and can support selected projects across the Pacific, coordinating the transport, equipment and site access required to get the job done.

Safety, Qualifications & Compliance
Certified Communications takes a safety-first approach to every project. Technicians are assigned according to the requirements of each site and scope of work, with relevant licences, registrations, training, clearances and insurance verified before attending.
Our work is managed through established WHS procedures covering risk assessment, site conduct, environmental responsibilities and respectful engagement with clients, communities and culturally significant locations.
Available qualifications and competencies include:
- Queensland Electrical Contractor Licence — 89822
- Registered Cabler through TITAB, with relevant fibre, structured cabling and coaxial endorsements
- Standard 11 mining induction and current coal mine workers’ health assessment
- National Police Check and Queensland Blue Card
- RF electromagnetic-energy and RADHAZ safety training
- Construction White Card
- Working Safely at Heights
- High Risk Work Licence
- CPR and Low Voltage Rescue
